To be eligible for a refund/changes on any our tour products, the following steps must be taken:
- Refund/changes must be requested in writing by contacting your operation manager via booking made channel (WhatsApp, Instagram Direct messages)
- At least 24 hours prior tour departure -100% of amount will be returned to customer, 24-12 hours prior tour departure 50% of amount, less than 12 hours prior to tour departure- NO REFUND.
- Tour departure is indicated in your booking confirmation.

- Предупредить об отмене/ внесения изменений в бронирование не позднее чем за 24 часа до начала тура для получения возврата 100% средств. При отмене/внесения изменений в бронирование за 12-24 часа до начала тура размер возмещения денежных средств составит 50% от общей суммы, меньше чем за 12 часов – возврат не предоставляется.

Sattar, our guide, could not have been more pleasant and efficient, and he certainly added a great deal to the quality of our experience. He was a great driver, kept us fully informed about what to expect, and was very friendly with us all. We loved the whole experience; the camel riding was fun, and the buggy driving exhilarating. Then, out to the sand dunes for an extremely thrilling dune bashing session, which my husband particularly enjoyed as he has a special interest in 4WD driving. I was nervous, but it was soon very evident that Sattar was an extremely good driver and was always in total control.
The evening entertainment at the fort was excellent too, with great food and a brilliant show.

Restroom facilities are available at designated stops during the tours. There is VIP lounge with AC in the buggy camp and WC in the evening camp.
Can I bring my camera or smartphone on the tours?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your camera or smartphone to capture memories during the tours. However, it’s essential to secure these devices during adventurous activities.
Do I need a driver's license to drive a buggy?
No, for most of our tours, participants who will be driving buggies only need to bring one passport or ID. Passengers do not need a driver’s license. Please contact us for further information.
