To be eligible for a refund/changes on any our tour products, the following steps must be taken:
- Refund/changes must be requested in writing by contacting your operation manager via booking made channel (WhatsApp, Instagram Direct messages)
- At least 24 hours prior tour departure -100% of amount will be returned to customer, 24-12 hours prior tour departure 50% of amount, less than 12 hours prior to tour departure- NO REFUND.
- Tour departure is indicated in your booking confirmation.

A truly fabulous experience. Rashid picked us up and instantly put us at ease. we experienced Camel rides, quad biking, jeep safari through the desert which was exhilarating & sand boarding for those brave enough. Then a lovely traditional BBQ & show in the evening. Rashid was very attentive & looked after us all day.

What a great excursion. Our guide, Aslam, was beyond amazing. Took excellent care of us and made sure we had the best experience…from camels to dune buggies to whipping around the desert sand.
