To be eligible for a refund/changes on any our tour products, the following steps must be taken:
- Refund/changes must be requested in writing by contacting your operation manager via booking made channel (WhatsApp, Instagram Direct messages)
- At least 24 hours prior tour departure -100% of amount will be returned to customer, 24-12 hours prior tour departure 50% of amount, less than 12 hours prior to tour departure- NO REFUND.
- Tour departure is indicated in your booking confirmation.

Today we did our private desert safari, which was guided by our very own Heshim who was incredible from start to finish. Super considerate, helpful and informative he knows the desert very well. He also takes THE BEST pictures 👌🏼 📸

Mais avec Rashid en pilote, l’expérience du désert en devient încroyable, mémorable, hors du temps. Rashid vous donnera les bons conseils. Restroom facilities are available at designated stops during the tours. There is VIP lounge with AC in the buggy camp and WC in the evening camp.
