Booking Policy for Safari and Buggy tours
Reservation and Confirmation
- To secure a booking for Safari and Buggy tours, customers must make a reservation through our official website, authorized agents, or our customer service hotline.
- A valid email address and contact number must be provided during the booking process for communication and confirmation purposes.
- All bookings are subject to availability, and confirmation is provided upon successful payment.
Payment Terms
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
- Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and other secure online payment options available on our website.
- For group bookings or special events, custom payment arrangements can be discussed with our customer service team.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
To be eligible for a refund/changes on any our tour products, the following steps must be taken:
- Refund/changes must be requested in writing by contacting your operation manager via booking made channel (WhatsApp, Instagram Direct messages)
- At least 24 hours prior tour departure -100%* of amount will be returned to customer, 24-12 hours prior tour departure 50%* of amount, less than 12 hours prior to tour departure – NO REFUND.
*except 5% bank fee - Tour departure are sending at the moment of booking made.
Rescheduling
- Customers can request to reschedule their booking at least 24 hours before the original scheduled time.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability.
- Cancellation after rescheduling is not a subject to refund.
Tour Participation Requirements
- Participants must adhere to age and health requirements as specified for each Safari and Buggy tour.
- Participants must follow safety guidelines and instructions provided by the tour guide.
Liability and Insurance
- The company is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the tour.
- Participants are advised to have personal insurance coverage.
- The company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone deemed unfit or unable to participate safely in the tour.
By confirming a booking, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the booking policy outlined above. The company reserves the right to update or modify this policy without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review the policy periodically for any changes.

VIP BUGGY RENTAL Terms and conditions
- Rental amount should be paid in advance.
- The rented bikes to be used only in authorized areas.
- Not using the bikes/buggy to disturb others.
- The hirer should be responsible for any harm she/he has inflictes on him/herselves or on others from using buggy/bikes.
- VIP BUGGY RENTAL is not responsible and don’t provide Insurance for any accidents caused.
- If the bike is being returned damaged, we will charge you for the costs of repairs, or replacement accordingly.
- The hirer is also responsible for damages/accidents if the bikes used by anyone other than hirer’s name stated in the invoice.
- If the bikes not returned at stated time for any reason, you will be charged extra delay charges.
- If the hirer is using the bikes outside the authorised area by request he/she is liable to bring back the bike, otherwise recovery charges will be charged.
- in case the rider turns over even no damage happens to the vehicle a penalty of 5000 and will be charged.
By signing the contract, you accept the above conditions and adhere to follow them.
