To be eligible for a refund/changes on any our tour products, the following steps must be taken:

1. Refund/changes must be requested in writing by contacting your operation manager via booking made channel (WhatsApp, Instagram Direct messages)
2. At least 24 hours prior tour departure -100% of amount will be returned to customer, 24-12 hours prior tour departure 50% of amount, less than 12 hours prior to tour departure- NO REFUND.
3. Tour departure is indicated in your booking confirmation.

Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Cancellation after rescheduling is not a subject to refund.

Для получения возврата денежных средств/внесения изменения в бронирование необходимо:

1. Предупредить об отмене/ внесения изменений в бронирование посредством того же канала связи, в котором было получено подтверждение бронирования
2. Предупредить об отмене/ внесения изменений в бронирование не позднее чем за 24 часа до начала тура для получения возврата 100% средств. При отмене/внесения изменений в бронирование за 12-24 часа до начала тура размер возмещения денежных средств составит 50% от общей суммы, меньше чем за 12 часов – возврат не предоставляется.
3. Время начала тура обозначено в подтверждении бронирования.
