To be eligible for a refund/changes on any our tour products, the following steps must be taken:
- Refund/changes must be requested in writing by contacting your operation manager via booking made channel (WhatsApp, Instagram Direct messages)
- At least 24 hours prior tour departure -100% of amount will be returned to customer, 24-12 hours prior tour departure 50% of amount, less than 12 hours prior to tour departure- NO REFUND.
- Tour departure is indicated in your booking confirmation.

Our driver, Salman, picked us up from our hotel and drove about 40 minutes to a small camp. There we had a light refreshment and were able to watch camels and falcons. Horseback riding was also an option, but of course you don’t have to. After a short break, we finally headed out into the desert. Salman is a real expert at dune bashing and it was a lot of fun. After the actual drive, we looked for a quiet spot in the desert with a great view to watch the sunset. There was black tea with saffron, Arabic coffee, a huge fruit basket, and of course, water. A sandboard was also included. What we particularly liked was the opportunity to enjoy the sunset in peace and privacy. Salman, the best man, did a fantastic job and was always there to help. We would book the tour again anytime.

Wir waren in Dubai und haben die Private Sunset Safari übers Internet gebucht. Es war die perfekte Wüstenexperience. Wir wurden von unserem Fahrer Salman am Hotel abgeholt und es ging ca. 40 Minuten bis zu einem kleinen Camp. Hier gab es eine kleine Erfrischung und man konnte Kamele und Falken beobachten. Reiten konnte man ebenfalls, muss man aber natürlich nicht. Nach einem kurzen Aufenthalt ging es dann auch endlich in die Wüste. Salman hat das Dune Bashing richtig drauf und es hat mega Spaß gemacht. Nach der eigentlichen Fahrt wurde ein ruhiger Ort mit toller Aussicht in der Wüste gesucht um den Sonnenuntergang zu beobachten. Es gab schwarzen Tee mit Safran, arabischen Kaffee, einen riesen Obstkorb und natürlich Wasser. Ein Sandboard war ebenfalls im Gepäck. Was uns besonders gefallen hat, war die Möglichkeit, den Sonnenuntergang in Ruhe und privat zu genießen. Salman, bester Mann, hat das super gemacht und war immer zur Stelle. Wir würden die Tour jederzeit wieder buchen.
