The tour starts with short camel riding (for free). They provide arabic coffee and water as a welcome. Then they will offer buggy, photo with falcons and camels. It’s extra charged.

Then you go to the heart of the desert and enjoy sand riding 🙂 also you can do sandboarding.

So, definitely worth it.
